The Wellness Inventory takes you on a personal journey that features "5 Steps to Wellness".
Step 1 - Wellness Assessment: Complete a lifestyle assessment covering 12 dimensions of whole person wellness - Self-Responsibility & Love, Breathing, Sensing, Eating, Moving, Feeling, Thinking, Playing & Working, Communicating, Sex, Finding Meaning, and Transcending. Step 2 - Receive your Wellness & Satisfaction Scores: Receive Wellness & Satisfaction Scores for each section. Discover the areas of your life you are most motivated to change!
Step 3 - Create Your Personal Wellness Plan: Client creates 10 wellness goals based on their assessment results. (At this point you can coach your client in formulating a practical and effective action plan.)
Step 4 - Tools to Help You Reach Your Wellness Goals: A suite of tools to help you follow your wellness plan and meet your goals.
- Virtual Coach: Regular email reminders help you stay focused on your goals.
- My Wellness Journal: Record your daily successes, challenges, and insights in meeting your goals.
- Track your Progress: After 3-4 months, retake the assessment and track your progress with the "Test Comparison" feature.
- Wellness Plan Update: Create a new, updated wellness plan to reflect your evolving wellness goals.
